NotchAI ("the Service") is a macOS productivity application provided as a subscription. By using the Service you agree to these terms.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a weekly, monthly, or one-time basis. Recurring subscriptions automatically renew until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing support.
We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase, no questions asked. After 7 days, refunds are at our discretion.
You agree to use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and the terms of any third-party APIs you connect (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.). You are responsible for your own API usage and any charges incurred from connected providers.
The Service is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.
