To run your account we store: your email address, your subscription status, the device IDs that have signed in, and basic usage telemetry (feature usage counts, error reports). No prompts, completions, or transcribed audio are stored on our servers — those are sent directly to your configured API provider.
We do not collect: your prompts, your model responses, the contents of your screen, microphone audio, files you upload to your provider, or any analytics beyond the above.
We use Stripe for payments (subject to Stripe's privacy policy) and Supabase for account storage. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing hello@notchai.uk.
